Family with children will love it

We had a fantastic Christmas Eve meal that was really good it blew us away. The pool and jacuzzi were a hit with the kids they were constantly playing and having fun.

It wasn’t inexpensive but it was worth it for the quality.

Friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome.

My experience was quite disappointing. The room was not clean enough, with dirt in the corners and surfaces overlooked by housekeeping. Additionally, the noise from early morning cleaning woke me up multiple times, making it really hard to relax while on vacation. I also felt neglected since my requests for drinks during dinner were ignored on two occasions.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could be safer for a relaxing experience.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at Pebbles Resort. The staff greeted me with smiles right from check-in. My room offered a serene view of the courtyard, which was really nice. The spacious bathroom featured a huge walk-in shower that felt luxurious. Breakfast started early, perfect for my busy schedule. The buffet had a good variety of both continental and English options. The indoor pool was a highlight for me, though it could be a bit chilly. I appreciated the handy towel service by the pool. However, there were some hiccups. Housekeeping often arrived late, and there was a lack of variety in the breakfast options after a few days. Only two elevators for such a large building seemed insufficient, especially during busy times. Also, I noticed that the indoor pool area felt a bit outdated. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but these improvements could enhance the stay tremendously.

The hotel features a modern design that is both inviting and clean. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable pillows, which made for excellent sleep. The city view from my room was stunning, enhancing my overall experience during my stay.

A Pleasant Stay with Minor Quirks

Enjoyed a relaxing 2-night getaway in a clean double room with a lovely pool view. The staff were friendly, though the bar service could improve. Try the on-site dining for convenient meals, but don’t expect daily complimentary water refills in the room. Overall, a good experience!
